The Antique Country Furniture Store offers two different styles of Dry Sinks. Each piece is handcrafted to closely replicate the originals of the past with some added variations.
Either style Country Dry Sink will accent any room in your home. Dry Sinks were used thru-out the 1800's and were typically found in the kitchen. They were primarily used for washing dishes and as a place to prepare foods. The sink portion of the Dry SInk was typically Zinc-Lined.
Today, Dry Sinks are used for everything from displaying plants and collectibles to storing various items in the base cabinet. It can even be used as a Changing Table for a baby's needs if needed.
The Small Dry Sink is an un-lined sink with a Back Splash and a small shelf area on the back. There are three drawers and one door below.
The Large Dry Sink is also un-lined and has a raised area on the upper left side with a drawer. There are two large doors below which open to a large storage area.
